To service this broad base of measurement applications, we offer our customers three different technologies in our pressure transducers.

Diffused Silicon - A media isolated silicon diaphragm in either a TO-8 or stainless steel housing. This technology eliminates creep, and offers enhanced stability, improved shock and vibration performance at an economical price. Typical accuracy is better than ±0.25%.

Sputtered Thin Film - Molecularly bonded strain gages to a stainless steel sensing beam resulting in all stainless steel wetted parts, and superior performance. This technology combined with advanced assembly techniques typically has a long term stability of 0.1% for 18 months, a combined static error band (linearity, hysteresis, repeatability) of 0.1% and excellent shock and temperature characteristics. Certain models can operate up to 175°C (350°F).

Thick Film - The long time industry standard of construction. Thick film transducers provide high reliability, good accuracy (typically 0.15% to 0.5%) and excellent value.
